Our Initiative

The VoiceWorks initiative is built upon a foundation of research, empathy and global collaboration. Founded by Hadi Abdul, we strive to create communication access for all by delivering practical solutions and sharing knowledge across borders.

• Tailored Programs: We create customised speech programs for youth with disabilities that foster self‑expression and independence. Each curriculum is informed by Hadi Abdul’s hands‑on experience and passion for empowering young voices.
• International Workshops: Our founder Hadi Abdul has led inclusive communication workshops in four countries, bringing together educators, families and professionals.
• TEDx Speaker: Through thought‑provoking talks, including a celebrated TEDx appearance by Hadi Abdul, we raise awareness of communication accessibility and inspire audiences around the world.
• Global Reach: Our evidence‑based curriculum has been adopted by schools and organisations on multiple continents, impacting countless learners.
• Youth Commissions Engagement: We take our message beyond the classroom by speaking at youth commissions across North Carolina. These engagements empower young leaders to champion communication rights and drive positive change in their own communities.
